Rochester, NY – Nov. 22, 2002 – Dimension Technologies Inc. (DTI) announced today that Visual Molecular Dynamics (VMD) now supports the full range of DTI 2D/3D switchable displays. VMD is a molecular visualization program for displaying, animating, and analyzing large biomolecular systems using 3-D graphics and built-in scripting. VMD supports computers running MacOS-X, Unix, or Windows, is distributed free of charge, and includes source code. VMD uses OpenGL to provide high performance 3-D molecular graphics and stereo viewing capabilities.
