Dimension Technologies Inc. (DTI) announced the release of a new and improved website design to reflect its position as Worldwide leader in 2D/3D switchable desktop displays and technology.

The new website design combines a modern look and feel with an easy-to-use interface specifically designed to help users and potential customers learn more about DTI’s 3D visualization solutions and its Virtual Window® series product line. The Virtual Window® is an autostereoscopic 2D/3D switchable desktop display which allows users to see 3D without the need for special glasses or headgear, and it functions as a normal 2D computer display as well.

"DTI has a number of new and exciting initiatives, some of which are incorporated into the new website redesign, and others that will be announced over the course of 2006," said Chris Lagergren, Director of Business Development at DTI. "The redesigned corporate website is the perfect medium to allow us to launch several new products and services, as well as help us better educate our customers in 3D visualization solutions, whether in the form of our own Virtual Window® series displays or our technology partners' software and hardware offerings."

The goals of the DTI site redesign were to provide a more refined look to better match DTI's leadership position in the 2D/3D switchable desktop display market. DTI needed to expand its web presence to provide improved accessibility to information, an enhanced e-commerce experience and provide a high quality venue for educating its users and potential customers.

Significant website enhancements include:

• DTI eStore: an e-commerce store containing DTI products and solutions as well as products from its Technology Partners.
• Knowledge Base: a searchable database of frequently asked questions, technical information and general information related to the area of 3D visualization.
• Web Links: external Website links whose focus area is 3D visualization and stereoscopy.
