My ArchVision RPC objects show up as silhouetes in VR4MAX Navigator Pro. What is wrong?

Q. MyArchVision RPC objects to a VR4MAX model, but I only see silhouetes without texturing in VR4MAX Navigator Pro.

A. You probably forgot to tell VR4MAX Translator to export the meshes using the representation as used in the final rendering. Start VR4MAX Translator by selecting File / Export in 3ds max / Autodesk VIZ, and select the Mesh Options dialog before pressing OK. Then select "Export mesh used in final rendering" in the top most group box. Instead of exporting the placeholders as displayed in the viewports, VR4MAX Translator will now export all RPCs as rendered in the final rendering, including texturing.

"I've showed it to other people at Computer World's offices, and the reaction is the same in almost every case: "Wow!" "
