DTINT32i™ - the DTI Interactive 3D Image Processing Utility
DTI's Interactive 3D Image Processing Utility makes the task of creating stereo images easy. It is designed to take a still image pair, and display a combined stereo 3D image on DTI's Virtual Window®.
Features:
- Runs on Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2k/XP.
- Imports image files in JPEG, Windows BMP, and Targa.
- Exports image files in Windows BMP or Targa.
- Provides viewing capabilities for stereo panorama images plus stereo image "bubbles" or spheres (images that wrap a full 360 degrees in all directions).
- Can import single-image stereo images in a variety of formats, and split them into an image pair. Supported import formats include column interleaved, field sequential/row interleaved, side-by-side, top-and-bottom, and cross-eyed.
- Powerful cropping features for fast, simple adjustment of overall image parallax and vertical disparity correction.
- Image Profile feature allows storing of multiple stereo settings for a given image pair, and provides the ability to quickly switch between them.
TextureEyes™
DTI's TextureEyes™ application is designed to provide a simple way of viewing computer-generated 3D models in stereo, on DTI's Virtual Window® display.
Features:
- Runs on Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2k/XP.
- Takes advantage of Microsoft's DirectX 5 (and later) to provide real-time rendering of 3D images.
- Reads 3D models in Microsoft's DirectX 3D file format ('.x' files).
- Provides a full range of viewing features, including zoom, rotate, translate, and slice.
- Automatic model scaling for optimum stereo viewing
- Allows on-the-fly changes to eye separation, as well as overall image parallax.
- Movable point, wire-frame, and solid rendering modes.
- Allows changing low-level rendering features including current rendering driver (software or hardware), lighting, shading, texturing, etc.
- Supports model texturing, using flat, cylindrical, or spherical wrapping methods.
